The ‘Dangal’ star is all set to raise a storm with his upcoming project. Recently Aamir Khan was also on the popular Marathi show Chala Hawa Yeu Dya, where he spoke about the Satyamev Jayate Water Cup part 2 and his ambitious water conservation in rural Maharashtra. Now the actor announced a new project titled ‘Toofan Alaya’. It will talk about the situation of water in the state. Aamir will be seen with actor Jitendra Joshi on the show. This show is in Marathi, not surprising for we have seen the Khan speaking fluent Marathi on a TV show, ‘Chala Hawa Yeu Dya’.
According to the trailer of Toofan Alaya, there will be three teams on the Marathi show that begins on April 8 and will air on all Marathi channels. The three teams will be – Vidarbha Yoddha, Marathwada Veer and Paschim Maharashtra Mavale. The first team has Bharat Ganeshpure and Anita Date while Girish Kulkarni and Prateeksha Lonkar represent the Marathwada team and Sunil Barve and Sai Tamhankar are a part of the third team.
Aamir shared the first promo for the show on Twitter and wrote, “Hey guys, doing something major on all the Marathi channels. Check it out.”
