S.S Rajamouli’s film Baahubali 2 become the first Indian film to cross the 1000 cr mark with its worldwide collections, which stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubatti, Ramya Krishna, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah in lead roles. The film’s worldwide collections read Rs 1047 crore on Day 10 (cumulative figure of all languages) and its Hindi version went past the 500-crore mark worldwide. The Hindi version is reportedly collecting more than regional versions of the film.
Baahubali 2 Hindi version collected Rs 15.5 crore in India on its day 12, making it a total of Rs 359.75 crore. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh. He described Baahubali 2’s latest achievement as “unthinkable” and added that the film has ‘shattered all records.’ On the opening day Baahubali 2 made over Rs. 100 crore, indicating it is meant for greatness. The film has already smashed many other existing records and is being widely appreciated by stalwarts like Rajinikanth among others, reports the Times of India. Meanwhile, Prabhas has thanked his fans for the stupendous success of the film.
