Newly turned mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan had all eyes set on her since the time she announced her pregnancy. From being considered as the sexy siren of Bollywood, suddenly Kareena embraced this beautiful mother-to-be image that everyone loved. Her pregnancy photos became the talk of social media. And although the actress was gaining weight, she didn’t let that bother herself. Kareena also expressed in an interview that she wanted to do it the regular way and lose it later on. So after putting on 18 kilos, Kareena kick started her weight loss journey and though the past six months have been a hassle, the Bollywood babe has put up quite a good job. If most of you are aware, Kareena did not want to rush the procedure. She told her dietician the same and they agreed. Kareena was given a simple diet and exercise routine, something that she could carry. The actress planned to lose 2 kilos a month which seemed a great, healthy way to get rid of post pregnancy weight.
Kareena was also being made to drink a tall glass of milk every day since every mom loses 5 years of calcium levels in her body post pregnancy and there has to be a way to make that up. Over a period of time, Kareena’s gym sessions also started to become more aggressive and hardcore. The results however, were coming slowly.
Kareena soon started to workout with her close friend Amrita Arora. Amrita also took time to share some of their workout videos on social media. Mrs Kapoor Khan seemed exhausted in all of them but she sure was in no mood to give up.
And now day by day, slowly but steadily Kareena Kapoor Khan is picking up and she is doing very well. A latest photo of hers circulated on social media that definitely had our hearts dropped. Kareena hasn’t looked this slim and gorgeous in a long time. We are glad she’s finally looking like her old self.
Kareena’s next movie will be Veere Di Wedding with Sonam Kapoor. On talking about the film during her latest interview, Kareena also revealed about her character. “I’m possessive about my friends and this film reflects that side of me. It’s the story of four girls who attend my wedding and all the dhamaal that it involves. It showcases women and their emotions. It’s the right time to do this kind of film” said the actress
