‘Indu Sarkar’ has been in the controversy as the politicians from congress party didn’t want this film to be released. The film is based on the much controversial year of Indian History, ie, the period between 1975 to 1977. All the characters in the film are very convincing and one whom we gonna talk about hasn’t shown in the trailer but it reveals the story about Sanjay Gandhi’s closeness with Rukhsana Sultana, the Bollywood actress Amrita Singh’s mother.
Popularly known as “glamor girl of Emergency”, Ruksana Sultana has played a crucial role during the emergency and was the close aid of Sanja Gandhi. India Today cited her “Sanjay”,” she says, “is the most human of human beings. I am loyal only to Sanjay. Sanjay and nobody else. Why should I work now? One only does this sort of work if one is inspired or motivated by a leader. Our country will never have a leader like Sanjay Gandhi. I can only work for someone who is better than me, and there is nobody in any of the present parties who is.”
Recently, when Indu Sarkar actress Rashmi Jha who essayed her role asked by Spotboy ‘Have you ever met Ruksana Sultana’s Daughter Amrita Singh before stepping into the character?” she says in a very shocking way “Are you crazy?” adding, “She will kill me!”
