Despite being 60 years old, Anil Kapoor defies his age beautifully. A few years ago, the actor was also once mistaken for Sonam Kapoor’s brother at a party. But Anil’s recent appearance made everyone believe that maybe he was hiding his real looks and hair color under the guise of a wig or something. Here’s the reality…

Anil Kapoor, who is famous for his glowing, youthful skin, shiny black hair and even a surprisingly black beard, was spotted with white hair, as he stepped out of a salon in Mumbai on Tuesday. The minute he was clicked by the paparazzi, everyone was shocked.

Is this his real hair colour? Does he have such milky white hair since he is 60 already? That’s what everyone thought until it was discovered that this is not his real look, rather a look for his upcoming film ‘Fanney Khan’. In order to help him portray his role better, his hair strands were coloured white, giving him an overall ‘salt and pepper’ look.

The forever young looking actor has hardly been offered to play the role of an ‘older’ person. In fact, he greyed his hair for the first time in 2015 (at 58 years) for the film ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ wherein he played a father to Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra.

Anil Kapoor also acknowledged the work of the salon with a gratitude tweet….

‘Fanney Khan’ is reportedly the official remake of Oscar nominated film ‘Everybody’s Famous’. It also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and R Madhavan, and has Anil Kapoor play a musician. The film is produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and is directed by Atul Manjrekar.
