Kareena Kapoor is ALL SET to lose the pregnancy weight now that her baby boy has arrived. The actress who was once a size zero for her role in Tashan put on a lot of weight during her pregnancy and although she completely rocked it, Bebo now feels it’s high time she goes back to eating healthy and working out. Kareena is now in a hurry to get rid of the weight as soon as possible. She was so excited that she also suggested the Tashan diet she had followed to reach a size zero to which Rujuta Diwekar simply said no. Rujuta felt that Kareena’s body in no way needs a crash diet and neither does she need to look skinny because she looks pretty anyway. Therefore, a very strict diet and exercise has been planned for the actress so that she achieves her goals through hard work and discipline. Most of her meals will be high on protein and low on carb. The workouts will be well balanced so that she’s all prepped for her upcoming television debut for which she has charged a whopping 12 crores.
