Salman Khan’s Tubelight is finally counting its last days at Box Office as theatres have moved on with new Bollywood offerings. Tubelight has seen the low response from the audience and critics have also panned it. Salman Khan’s fans and people who are fond of going theatres with the whole family have surely loved it but it doesn’t impact on its earning. After the first weekend, the film hasn’t received the similar footfalls from all across the country. Just check out its third-weekend collection.
Directed by Kabir Khan, Tubelight enters into the third week of its release and the business has summed up with Rs 1.01 Crore that includes 0.27 crore of Friday, 0.34 crore of Saturday and 0.40 crore of Sunday. The news of Salman Khan’s paying compensation to the distributors has also shocked many but nothing has come out after the last meeting with the main distributor, ie, Narendra Hirawat.
The collection has been dipping day by day as its Monday box office collection was 0.20 Crore. Thus, the Tubelight’s 18 days business has raked in 119.72 crores nett i.e. 166.28 crores gross. Its overseas collection from the international market is 45.75 crores so far which raised the worldwide collection to 212.03 crores.
