Fitness Tip Number One: Salman Khan believes that diligence matters more than anything. During BodyPower Expo in Mumbai, the actor said that your body is built out of the gym than inside it. It is possible to spend two hours in a gym but if you don’t have a strong mind and the diligence to pursue it, you won’t get the body you want. Salman also mentioned that being disciplined is the best thing you can never do for a healthy body and good physique.
