Outrage over the Censor Board’s immature act against the films having intimate scenes as a narrative part is much controversial. Instead of giving the certificate Censor Board usually asked makers to chopped off the much-needed scenes from the films which later cost the director’s hard work towards the film.
Interestingly, during the 80s, films like Utsav and Maya Memsaab which have lots of bold content managed to escape from the scissors of CBFC. Sadly, despite progressing we have gone back in time and anything remotely related to sex, be it visual and verbal, is chopped of mercilessly. Here’s the list of those scenes from the films which have been deleted due to CBFC orders.
