Baahubali 2-The Conclusion : Prabhas diet and fitness regime routine for the movie : The much-awaited movie of the month, Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion, is finally here. The film hits the cinemas on friday and fans seem to be going ballistic. The National award winning movie Baahubali is back with its sequel Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion, and it’s bigger and better as per the reviews. Baahubali 2: The conclusion is the second film of the franchise Baahubali. SS Rajamouli’s dream project had all the essentials of a blockbuster, a fairy tale backdrop, peppy songs, high on adrenaline action scenes and royal characters.

Here’s how Prabhas of Baahubali 2 geared up for his larger than life characters for the franchise. 

Prabhas garnered several accolades for his built and excellent portrayal of the character of Amarendra Baahubali. The journey to build his body wasn’t an easy ride for the actor either. Did you know Prabhas apparently consumed 40 egg whites daily as part of his breakfast to bulk up for the role? The six feet two inches tall actor gained a whopping 20 kilos for his part as Amarendra Baahubali. His typical diet consisted of fish, egg whites, vegetables and almonds. The actor takes a meal every two hours, and has a total of six meals everyday. His diet does not include rice.

His regime also consists of a lot of outdoor activities like cycling and running. Prabhas believes that working out in open spaces lets you breathe fresh air, which is so much better than inhaling the air of the air-conditioned gym. The Baahubali actor works out for 6 hours daily, and starts training early in the morning. His regime starts with about one and a half hours of cardio. Prabhas didn’t call a foreign trainer to train him for the part, but continued to work out with his local trainer.
