Avengers: Endgame is still spot on with still killing at the global box office. Fans of Avengers have still not got over with the end of their favourite superhero. But there are some fans who are lost in the confusion that what exactly happened to Loki. The character Loki was played by the actor Tom Hiddleston. The directors Joe Russo and Anthony have given some light for the clarity. In the last film Avengers: Infinity War, Loki was seen dying while fighting with Thanos. Fans got the idea that he is removed from the MCU series and thus he won’t be seen further in the upcoming movies. The character Loki was created by none other than Stan Lee. But the release of the posters for the Avengers: Endgame seems to have been saying a different story. Fans spotted Loki in the snapped section and thus the war of confusion begins.
Joe Russo and Anthony on Loki
The poster made them confused to think whether Loki is dead or not. There were even some fan theories also who were interesting to read. However, Loki in the Endgame did actually make a fleeting appearance. In the Endgame, we have seen the superheroes time travelling to collect the stones in order to bring everyone back. While doing that, Tony Stark and Scott Lang get the job to visit New York in 2017 to grab the Space Stone by anyhow. Unfortunately, Hulk makes some mistakes and the God of Mischief takes advantage by picking it up.
After that, he disappears into the thin air with the help of the Space Stone. Joe cleared our confusion by saying “Loki, when he teleports away with the Space Stone, would create his own timeline. It gets very complicated, but it would be impossible for Cap to rectify the timeline unless he found Loki. The minute that Loki does something as dramatic as take the Space Stone, he creates a branched reality.” Anthony then supported the statement by saying “We’re dealing with this idea of multiverses and branched realities. So, there are MANY realities.” So basically, according to the filmmakers, Loki is alive branching with a different reality and that timeline would be very difficult to rectify unless Captain America find Loki.
The editor Tushar P Joshi of BollywoodLife wrote on the film, “Avengers: Endgame is a story of undying hope, of resilience and the human spirit which will grab hold of every single silver lining in the dark and stormy cloud to make things work for the better. The price is simple – sacrifices will have to be paid and they come at a huge cost.”
