Box Office India: Ek Villain First Tuesday Collection Report

Box Office India: Ek Villain First Tuesday Collection Report

Ek Villain had another successful day at the Box Office India. After earing 58.74 Crores in a short span of four days, Ek Villain has collected 6.70 Crores on its first Tuesday bringing its five days total tally to 65.44 Crores. Ek Villain collected 50.64 Crores in first weekend itself and has become second highest weekend earner of 2014 after Salman Khan’s Jai Ho. The film has been ranked on the 2014’s top 10 already and has also crossed several movie’s life time collection records. The film will have 75 Crores first week collection and might even reach 100 Crores in its second week of release.

Coming Friday, Ek Villain will have Boby Jasoos and Lekar Hum Deewana Dil in competition. Bobby Jasoos has Vidya Balan and Ali Fazal in the lead roles. Being a Vidya Balan film, Bobby Jasoos might prove to be a problem for Ek Villain. On the other hand, Lekar Hum Deewana Dil has new faces and the film is being promoted as a love story. Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is being promoted by Kapoor family and it has some good music to give audience a reason to watch the film. Apart from that, we don’t have much hope from Lekar Hum Deewana Dil.
