 The pair started working on their chemistry with their debut in 2012’s “Student of the Year” and they eventually continued their chemistry on “Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania” and “Badrinath ki Dulhania”. The duo have a great comfort that they share in their real life which results in their cracking chemistry shown on both on screen and off screen.

The audience loves their approach on their depiction of young romance which turns out to be box office hits. Varun commented to PTI that he easily connects to Alia as he notices every little act Alia carries on and he reacts to it accordingly. There is a mutual understanding in between them in which the reaction is automatically evokes on the screen. Varun also mention to the PTI that half of the acting lies on listening and most of the actors don’t tend to do that. But with Alia he notices even the tiny actions which evokes a reaction from his side and thus creates wonders on the screen which the audience loves the most.

Alia gives the full credit to the director’s vision in reinventing their pair. They simply execute the director’s vision that comes to them. They put a lot of passion and hard work because both believe in creating a new face to every new character that has provided to them. Alia wants the audience to see the characters they portray on the screen rather than the regular Alia- Varun pair.

Alia Bhatt is seen in her recent movie “Kalank” which portrays a love story during the pre-Independence era.

Alia is said to be often taken back with emotion in every wrap ups of film with Varun. She gets “separation anxiety” at the end of every movie with Varun Dhawan. But she expresses her happiness and her relief for filmmakers who keep on giving them opportunity to work together. She mentions that her separation anxiety doesn’t last long because they get to asked to work together again in next two weeks. Kalank is hitting on screen tomorrow with multi starrers like Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Kunal Khemu and Sanjay Dutt.
