Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film, Happy New Year, had a very dull and low Monday. The film remained rock-steady over the second Tuesday at Box Office India. The film collected approximately Rs. 3.40 crores on its second Tuesday. Cumulatively, Farah Khan’s Happy New Year now stands with a total collection of nearly Rs. 186.90 crores at the domestic box-office.
The film is currently the second highest grosser of the year 2014. The film is slowly marching towards the 200 crore total, but looking at the current pace, it might finish its second week with making Rs. 195 crore plus business.
Happy New Year is having a gala time at the box-office. Farah Khan’s drama entered the 100 Crore Club within three days of its release.
The film has already surpassed the worldwide lifetime collections of Yeh Jawaani Hain Deewaani and Ek Tha Tiger.
Happy New Year is produced by SRK’s Red Chillies and directed by Farah Khan, and stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah.
