Shaad Ali’s Kill Dil did not live upto its expectations. The film remained steady over its first Wednesday. The film collected nearly Rs 2.25 crore over its sixth day. The film now stands with a total collection of approximately Rs 27.85 crore at Box Office India.
Kill Dil was expected to do wonders at the silver screens. Considering the star-cast of the film, the business could have been much better. On the overseas front, the movie made a business of approximately Rs 8 crore, which is quite okay.
The film is performing very dull at various centres and its major business is coming only from Delhi-NCR region and that has held up decently so far. The film received mixed reviews from the critics and has failed to create any positive word of mouth so far.
Kill Dil features Parineeti Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Ali Zafar and Govinda in pivotal roles.
The film is expected to work at the box-office, as it is Govinda’s comeback at the silver screens. The versatile actor is seen in a full-fledged part in Shaad Ali’s Kill Dil. Govinda goes completely dark in the film. He plays a negative character called of Bhaiyaji in Kill Dil.
